The ORTUS is proactive advisement team to meet the challenges facing their facilities HVAC Systems projects. Our expertise is driven by our 21 plus years of being a mechanical engineer, advising on utility incentive programs, developing cost analysis for refrigerant replacement to setting up cooperative purchasing contract with the state California “CMAS.” Our approach is different but simple, we listen to the needs and performances of desired heating and or cooling system. Further, we seek to understand the building to facility project goals.
