We chose the name The Padded Cell because it stops you in your tracks. It challenges the stigma.
It’s a name that carries weight - and we’ve reclaimed it.
Once a place to contain people in crisis, we’ve turned it into a space that holds people in care.
A space to feel safe.
It’s not about locking things away - it’s about letting things out, in a place strong enough to hold them.
That’s why we chose it.
We’re here for the real stuff:

The “I’m fine” when you’re not.

The “I’m trying to work it out.”
The part of you that wants to scream into a pillow but still shows up anyway.
The Padded Cell is built for all of life’s moments.
