The Pangolins

The Pangolins is a start-up registered with the Malawi government as of October 2022. Pangolins, a start-up managed and comprised of youthful individuals, aims at reducing unemployment rates in Malawi by creating a platform that identifies, promotes and funds innovative business as well as bridges the informational and network gap between potential investors and entrepreneurs. Pangolins offers investments to potential start-ups as well as offering loans both secured and unsecured (no collateral requirement) to SMEs at a very reasonable interest rate with the consideration of the lack of collateral for loan security experienced by major start-ups. Furthermore, pangolins provides rent-to-own programs where Pangolins purchases and rents assets to start-ups to maximise their operations and attain economies of scale. Lastly, Pangolins hosts business pitches, branding, and business idea refinement together with business trainings to improve exposure, engagements and viability of their businesses.
