The PASS Organization is a Tampa Bay based 501-C3 (donations are tax deductible) non-profit organization that provides assistance to members of the under-serviced community through program-based resources: Scholarship program, Guidance program, Tutoring program and Foster-A-Family program.
An annual event to highlight one of the core programs initiatives provides direct contact and support to the local community.
