The Patchsmith was founded in New York City, keeping the business close to home. Years spent in the production embroidery business the plan to open a company creating quality custom patches was forged. Noticing not many other companies accepted low minimum orders, from the beginning it was decided the business would work on even the smallest orders of one patch while also giving the same attention to detail to large orders. While creating custom patches for customers we also have a mini store of our own creations. Offering patches up to any size a customer wants, the Patchsmith also offers numerous thread options. Color matching to your specific design we can also provide any specialty threads such as multi color, metallic-super twist, neon, matte, burmilana-wool, glow in the dark, and fire resistant. Offering patch backings of sew on, heat seal and velcro.
