The Path Finder Group provides business and technology consulting services to SMBs and Enterprise clients. Strategic areas of emphasis include eCommerce solutions, Privileged Access Management efforts, and small business technology enablement. For these efforts, we’ve provided leadership, strategy, and execution services per negotiated scopes of work. For eCommerce efforts, we’ve delivered solutions on various platforms, including WooCommerce, Square, and Odoo, for companies in direct-to-consumer retail, restaurants, and wholesale markets. Development was focused on optimized front-end designs, back-end processing, inventory management, shipping, point-of-sale integrations, payment processing, and other niche needs where required. For Privileged Access Management efforts, we’ve been focused on leading the execution of: BeyondTrust Password Safe & End Point Privilege Management, CyberArk Privileged Access and Endpoint Privilege Security & Delinea (formerly Thycotic) Secret Server programs. These programs worked toward securing privileged human and non-human accounts with large-scale bio-pharma organizations, universities & consumer identity companies. For small business technology enablement projects, we’ve focused on creating efficiencies by leveraging technology products. Key focus areas have included accounting system migrations, appointment scheduling software solutions, point of sale (POS) implementations, technical search engine optimization (SEO) programs, social media marketing (SMM) campaigns, email marketing programs, and other services.
