In senior leadership roles, I’ve mentored individuals and optimized both people and operations. Work I truly love! Supporting others in unlocking their potential has been a consistent theme in my career. During a sabbatical, I experienced a powerful shift. I slowed down, traveled, reconnected with what matters, and explored a life rooted in freedom, purpose, and service. In that space, I discovered a model of entrepreneurship that merges personal growth, conscious leadership, authentic company culture and time freedom. Through a mentor, I was introduced to transformational e-learning programs designed to expand mindset, elevate leadership, and support global transformation.
