The inspiration that drives The Payroll Guy (TPG) originates from our passion to support local businesses and entrepreneurial ventures in South Africa to succeed in a very competitive environment. Our team consists of experienced and qualified payroll consultants who share our vision and are eager to assist employers, especially small businesses, by eliminating the burden of capturing and processing payroll data before the next “Pay Day”. As most small businesses operate with a smaller team, employees (and business owners) tend to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis. This might lead to payroll processing being left till the very last minute, increasing the margin for human error and running the risk of unexpected technical issues, resulting in a delay in the transmission of salaries/wages. TPG offers an alternative to employing a permanent payroll administrator or the need to request the services of a payroll consultant. All of our services are offered remotely and is available with either a month-to-month or an annual option.
