The Pearson Room is a casual yet sophisticated restaurant and cocktail bar serving an eclectic all day menu and cocktails inspired by the seasons. The full menu is available throughout the bar, lounge and dining areas; perfect for long lunches or after-work drinks that continue into the night. The interior draws inspiration from a broad description of a 1950’s stylised Hitchcock approach to design; born from an era in which the traditional attitudes of the time were challenged and that have endured in the decades to come and right up to the present day. With heritage leather seating, a large zinc bar and stunning vistas over looking Canada Square, the atmosphere is one of easy-going indulgence, combining a stylish and cosy design. The Pearson Room owes its name to the eminent Canadian Nobel Prize winning Canadian Statesman, Lester B. Pearson. We offer an atmosphere that is vibrant and bustling, yet still personal, playful and welcoming, creating an environment that is suitable to individual needs and offers a new experience on every visit.
