The Phoenix Project online

We work closely with schools, students, and families to deliver high-quality, personalised education. Our provision includes daily tutor time, live lessons delivered by qualified subject specialists, and one-to-one mentoring and support. Our goal is to build confidence, self-esteem, and resilience, helping young people re-engage with learning and successfully transition back to face-to-face education. We also provide schools with detailed impact and attendance reports to track progress effectively. The Phoenix Project is built on the core values of compassion, inclusion, and ambition. As experienced senior education leaders, we understand the transformative power of education and founded this project to support students facing significant barriers to accessing it. We also recognise the challenges schools face in engaging hard-to-reach students and families—particularly the time and resources required. The Phoenix Project offers a cost-effective, supportive alternative that enables schools to reallocate resources while ensuring students receive the care and education they need.
