The Physician Network is affiliated with CHI Health St. Elizabeth in Lincoln, CHI Health St. Francis in Grand Island, CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, CHI Health St. Mary's in Nebraska City and CHI Health Nebraska Heart and Nebraska Heart Institute in Lincoln.
