With over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, she effortlessly merges her love for food and art direction, adding a touch of nostalgia to every dish we serve. 🍏🥐 Dorte, born and raised in Denmark, fell in love with the USA during her time at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Her career in retail and business leadership enriched her passion for food quality, ethics, and human relations. California, her happy place, inspired her to create a home away from home for herself and others. 🇩🇰🥧 Together, we've built a cozy and inviting space in charming historical buildings that take you back to the 1920s-30s era, complete with vintage pie pans, original American antique lamps, and a carefully curated radio playlist of old-school blues and country classics. 🎶🍽️ Our pie selection is a true reflection of American flavors, featuring both sweet slices and hearty savory pies made with simple, quality ingredients.
