We understand you are busy, so we offer a personalized concierge service. The advantages of this service include keeping you compliant, connecting with the manufacturer if necessary, and providing all services promptly. The Pipette Solution also consults with laboratories as to their pipette needs, provides tip recommendations, and sells refurbished pipettes to help find cost-effective ways to keep your lab running efficiently.
On-site and mail-in services are available for your convenience. We offer a one year guarantee on all of our work, parts, and pipettes. While calibrating, we use our own 5-place Mettler balance. Each pipette receives preventive maintenance according to its brand and is calibrated according to the ISO 8655 specifications. We service all brands of single-channel, multi-channel, and electronic pipettes, along with repeaters and bottle toppers. All documentation is NIST traceable and complies with GLP, GMP, CLIA, FDA, CLSI, and CAP.
The Pipette Solution is determined to find a solution for you. If we cannot repair a pipette, we fail the pipette and return it to you at no charge. We will then review available options for that pipette and connect you with the manufacturer for a repair or trade-in.
