It’s a big competitive world and the one thing that haunts everyone is “performance pressure”. May it be an adolescent, a parent, or a young adult stepping into the big world, everyone is under tremendous pressure to perform well in their fields. Depression and anxiety have become common topics of discussion even among adolescents. One of the main causes for most of the issues faced by today’s youth is stress. Stress can be the route cause for many issues like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, Mood disorders, Behavioural and emotional issues, and the likes. For many, stress is a latent variable and they may not even be aware of the presence of stress which causes many physical and mental health problems.
