College and Scholarship Help offered by The Planner LLC focuses on helping families successfully navigate the process of identifying and selecting colleges, finding and applying for collegiate scholarships with the goal of significantly lowering their personal education expenses. More than 100 families have received help and taken advantage of college savings opportunities since 2011. Facilitating group workshops and webinars, in addition to one-on-one consultations to create customized strategies to help high school juniors and seniors present themselves competitively to foundations and grant providers, apply for scholarships and aid packages is one facet of what we offer. These are carefully selected to match their unique needs and qualifications, meet submission deadlines and even connect with admission advisors and leaders in the education field. Khalilah Hall, Owner of The Planner LLC has spoken at conferences such as award-winning journalist, Soledad O’Briens PowHERful conferences in both Atlanta, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida as a college readiness panelist. She also partners with PACE Center for Girls and other community organizations to advocate and support Higher Education for first generation college students.
