Our business target is detailed personal business coaching for plumbing contractors. Plumbers spend on average five to seven years in classroom and hands on training to obtain licensing. They become great tradesmen protecting the health and safety of our nation providing sanitary drainage and potable water systems. Licensing training does not include how to profitably run a business with success. Our hands on approach is to educate them on productivity tools; office systems and staffing; business plans; time management; and, business flow and software. Including, but not limited to, hiring processes; job advertisements; job descriptions; daily, weekly, monthly goals and benchmarks; creating a culture in their business; training processes; pricing; gross margin targets; income statement understanding; cash flow analysis; working budgets for sales and expenses; benchmarks for success; marketing mix; customer acquisition; customer needs analysis; and customer follow up and retention.
