The Pocket Assistant

In June 2021 I waved goodbye to the UK and my usual 9 to 5 to pursue my dreams of travelling the world. It felt a bit risky to leave during such a strange and unsettling time, and something I've learnt along the way is just how adaptable you need to be. It can be challenging, but this is where 15+ years of working in an office environment has helped me to stay focused, organised & flexible even when things aren't going my way. My previous work has included: Account management for a global health company Sales manager launching a new publication for a luxury concierge company Senior broker for a small start-up finance aggregator Business owner - starting my own finance brokerage Recruiter for a large UK recruitment firm - specialising in Customer Service All of these roles required expert organisation, high attention to detail, the ability to closely follow instructions, be reliable & professional at all times, stay motivated and manage my time but most importantly be able to openly communicate with my team and my clients. I pride myself in my work and continue to follow these principles as a Virtual Assistant.
