The Postmark Hotel

Opening on Newmarket’s historic Main Street in spring of 2023, The Postmark Hotel will be York Region’s first boutique hotel. We will be delivering a rooftop bar with panoramic views of Newmarket’s downtown, a cafe bar on our ground floor with a street-front patio, and an event space fit for weddings and celebrations, as well as company functions and activations. The Postmark Hotel is owned and operated by Streetcar Developments and Dream Unlimited, two companies with a strong track record of supporting Toronto's cultural community and restoring historic landmarks. The Postmark Hotel will be no different!
