The Potential Zone

The Potential Zone, is a 51% black owned company, which was established by an existing private training provider to create a platform for emerging black female providers. Their vast experience in managing training development programmes has been placed in a new structure to invest in making a difference. The emerging providers have experience in recruitment, selection, learnership management, training and HR consulting. The two major focus areas are - firstly the development of the youth in South Africa and secondly on the recruitment and placement of young learners in the South African corporate environment. Skills training is offered to individuals who are currently in the job market and need to develop or enhance some of their skills in order to be more competitive and productive. These skills are also offered to new entrants to the market, fresh graduates and young learners. Through these training initiatives The Potential Zone assists in youth development and capacity building for job seekers and helps to create a pool of work ready job entrants that clients and others can access for their human capital needs.
