Third, we provide professional development training to include interviewing, public speaking, networking, how to dress, etc. We believe you should dress how you want to be addressed and that the only presentation is not on your computer. We want to give the knowledge and wisdom gained over the years to customers so they can be successful sooner and that they understand certain dynamics in certain areas of the workforce.
Lastly, we also guide and help those find what career path they want to take. Personally, what we have experienced is that some people are confused about exactly what they want to do sometimes it’s because either they are interested in so many things or it’s because they just do not know what is out there.
