The Prosthetic Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2010 that helps under-served amputees in Texas obtain a quality prosthetic device and aftercare. We also generate public awareness about limb loss.
Located in San Antonio since 2015, we work with under and uninsured individuals to help eliminate the financial barrier that prevents their return to mobility.
With the growing incidence of vascular diseases such as diabetes, the rate of limb amputations is rising in Texas. We are here to restore not only mobility, but hope and the opportunity for full participation in family, community and workplace life.
