Our aim is to have our Red Benches placed in suicide hot-spots where people may go to contemplate ending it all. These Red Benches can act like a silent cry for help or to take a moment to think, to calm down and try and get their heads together. But if YOU see someone sitting alone at a Red Bench, maybe you could go sit next to them, say hello, see if they are ok.
We also work with other groups and charities to try and help those who are struggling.
