WHAT IS THE RESPITE? The Respite is an online-based community of people who understand. People who need a recharge. People who embrace pause, yet need a place to plug in. The Respite is a place for people are are present and/or desire to discover what “present” means for them. It’s a state of being—of deliberate pursuit of being. WHO IS THE RESPITE FOR? We want to be clear, The Respite is a time for YOU. It’s a scheduled, blocked, do not disturb, reoccurring, 30-minute check-in. But not the check-in where you share some corny corporate icebreaker—no, an anxiety-inducing icebreaker, because what do you mean, “How am I traveling today? I work virtually, hoe? Let’s get to the agenda.”
