The Risk Project helps leaders simplify, accelerate, and act on risk decisions. We apply proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and platforms to rapidly gather, visualize, measure, mitigate, and monitor supply chain resilience. We analyze and measure disruption risk and how it impacts customer expectations, the organization's profitability, materials security, inventory, capacity, human capital, digital assets, and important 3rd party relationships. The product or value stream is the context of our work. It includes all internal and external supply chain activities throughout the product life cycle. Over the past decade, leading life science, chemical, hi-tech, and industrial manufacturing organizations have applied the frameworks and tools.
