The Roster is an exclusive private directory of freelance designers. We work with the leading brand and design agencies in London, connecting them to freelancers with proven experience working in top notch agencies. Founded by designers, we're run like a members club with all our freelancers being recommended by other members of our group. Instead of the old, commission based model, agencies pay one flat fee to connect with as many freelancers as they need.
