The inspiration behind The Running Monk
Throughout my running journey, I met many inspirational people and listened to numerous motivational stories that kept my faith high to continue my meditative running.
In parallel, I have been also approached by many of my friends/colleagues who are someway inspired by me, to learn the basics of running, meditation, and a desire to run a marathon. This encourages me to come up with a platform where I can summarize my learning and share the teachings with you.
That’s how the foundation of The Running Monk was laid (name inspired by Japanese Marathon Monks)
