The Salad Project

The Salad Project is one of the first salad restaurants in Greece/ Athens, that offers fresh and nutritious meals. It's not just a Salad! Our goal is to help our customers live better, by making healthy meal choises, convenient and affordable. The menu includes chef-designed and custom-made salads served with homemade dressings, nutritious soups, wraps, fresh pressed juices, smoothies, raw-vegan snacks and low fat yogurt. What sets us apart, is that we use only fresh ingredients and nothing on the menu is pre-prepared. Since opening, The Salad Project has been very aware of the waste that is produced daily. As all the food in the restaurant is ordered fresh every morning it is imperative that we try not to over order, as this will end up with a lot of wasted fresh food. However, our predictions can’t always be perfectly right, so we collaborated with a non-profit organization called “Mporoume” that fights against food waste and hunger in Greece. We support their great work by giving food to a charity called “Agios Polykarpos” that helps abandon children. We love to give back and help others in need.
