The Sanectuary

8 years ago yoga transformed the way I experience my life and relate to myself. It’s taught me to value the connection I have with myself more than anything. I deeply believe in the power of movement to heal, transform and connect us. I dislike labels and structure, so my yoga classes are fluid, dynamic and intuitive. My workout classes are energetic, intense and always guided by music. I see yoga and movement as A place to put the noise and speed of the world on hold. To reset our thoughts, sort through fragments of ourselves and discover more of who we are. An opportunity to experience more well-being, freedom and aliveness inside of us daily.
