Launched by Chérie St. Arnauld, a former Biopharma Market Access Consultant, Chérie shares advancements in the emerging field of Food as Health alongside her experience integrating local, seasonal foods as a novice home chef. Chérie researches digital health and food delivery solutions; payer, provider, community organization, and patient dynamics; healthcare (food as medicine) policy; academic journals; and industrial and regenerative agriculture to share the challenges and opportunities for integrating healthful foods into our day-to-day lives. Chérie's focus is on integrating clinical research into Food as Medicine / Health program design and advancing policies for integrating food as a tool for metabolic disease *reversal* into the U.S. healthcare system.
