The SAY Foundation aim is to create an inclusive ecosystem for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) to enable them become productive contributors of the society. Focus of SAY Foundation is to Empower the PwDs to become self – reliant, financially independent and productive contributors of the society Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders including Govt., Corporates, Non-Governmental Organizations, Associations, Communities to enable PwDs to explore employment and career opportunities. Build diversity and Inclusiveness in Organizations & other stakeholders (& not just improve Gender ratio). Our Core Values & Philosophy are - EQUITY: We strive to create an equitable work environment for the PwDs - EMPATHY: We work extensively to sensitise Org and Govt. on the need and talent of PwDs - EMPOWERMENT : We enable PwDs through exclusive AI powered Job Portal and skill training to access career opportunities - ENGAGEMENT : We actively collaborate, involve and influence the key stakeholders on the rights of PwD
