We would like to take this opportunity to introduce The Search Partner based in New Delhi. It’s a search firm born with a difference. After spending 13 yrs into recruitment we have analyzed the basic fault in the recruitment mechanism and we at The Search Partner are doing just that – to remove the default. Client engagement is usually overlooked in the recruitment industry leaving the clients highly dissatisfied. In TSP “Customer is King” and there is no doubt in that. Our whole initiative is very customer driven i.e. our clients who has given us a mandate which is born out of the need of a specialized manpower or remove redundancy by replacing a particular resource. We have a strong CRM mechanism wherein we meet, discuss and understand the client’s requirement and try to put ourselves in the client shoes and get first hand feel of the need of the mandate. We have a strong internal database that we have built over the years and also have subscription to the best job portals.
