THE SEI is a luxury ready-to-wear LA based collection, founded in 2020, that is fully women and minority owned.
Our small but mighty team of four met while designing at Michelle Mason. When the pandemic upheaved everything, our team suddenly found ourselves at a crossroads on what the future held. While 2020 was challenging, it also allowed us space to step back and evaluate what was important to us.
Staying together as a team was a priority. We loved working with one another and all four founders bring a different but essential role to the brand. Our diversity guides us in creating thoughtful pieces, designed for women, by women, that would span all generations and lifestyles.
THE SEI aims to build a foundation of polished classics mixed with seductive silhouettes inspired to empower women to feel confidence and joy, while remaining effortless and timeless. Our designs juxtapose the masculine restraint in our structured pieces against the feminine sensuality in our draped styles.
