The Self Centre

Welcome to the Self Centre, a friendly, inclusive well-being hub on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. We support health and wellness for body, mind, and spirit through holistic classes, events, and therapies. We also work corporately to improve staff wellbeing through weekly classes, corporate memberships and hosting wellbeing days at the centre. Services: Classes and workshops for all levels of fitness and experience, designed to build strength, reduce stress, create calm and stay flexible. Yoga Classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Yin, Nidra and Hot Pilates, Tai Chi, meditation, and T.R.E.. Sound healing, women’s circles, and health talks. Plus, specialist Classes to support illness, recovery, and mobility needs. Memberships and PAYG options available Holistic Therapies: Look after body, mind, and spirit with our amazing therapy team. Health promoting treatments offering healing on every level. From talking therapies and life coaching, homeopathy, and nutritional support to massage, osteopathy, Bowen, reflexology, and Reiki. Vegetarian café: Homemade light lunches and snacks to nourish from the inside out. Great coffee and large selection of teas. Dogs welcome.
