The Shatter Network

The Shatter Network was created with the singular mission of empowering, encouraging and supporting women to negotiate and advocate for career growth and balance. We believe by pairing women with our Shatter Mentors we will help them advocate for what they need to remain engaged and within the workforce, thus helping more women reach leadership levels. We are always looking for more Shatter Mentors as well as mentees we can help along the way.
