Focused on facilitating the personal development of young men aged 16-25 beyond just their professional and academic careers. Our main objective is simple: to motivate, uplift and help young men discover purpose in their lives, through their mental, physical and spiritual development. To tap into the unlocked potential that God has blessed them with. Fundamentally, the aim is to help young men answer the particular question: What is your light? But, to truly uncover the answer to this question, we believe that you must take 3 key steps: 1) You must look within yourself to FIND your light. 2) You must make sacrifices to DEVELOP your light. 3) You must be disciplined to SUSTAIN your light.
