The Shoonya Project was started during the pandemic as an endeavour to help people gain awareness about mental health issues. Our core agenda remains identical, the aim is to create tangible change by taking a step forward, whilst also taking others with us, helping them be themselves in an ambience that welcomes them as they are. We yearn to inform people about mental health issues and educate them about the primacy of mental health. It is an initiative that ambitions to decipher and translate the nuisance of being free-willed and comfortable in one's skin. We started a year ago to accept the void within the human psyche, the emptiness we all found ourselves encapsulated within, during the pandemic.
