We work to develop the leaders of tomorrow. Championing young women from minoritised and/or marginalised backgrounds to reach more C-Suite positions through the collaborative work between the trifecta of The Sororum, the young women themselves and driven, successful companies.
We seek to drive impact on three levels; individual, institutional and systemic. Achieving this will improve the lives of our cohorts, improve corporate culture and contribute to a better society.
