The Spoken Spoon

As the name rightly reflects, The Spoken Spoon is about giving a voice to your food and eating right always. It all started with an idea that two siblings had during the pandemic in 2020 when everyone became extensively hooked to snacking round the clock. With things becoming monotonous and snacking becoming mundane, Payal decided to give these munchies a healthy spin. All it took was some exploring in her own kitchen and creating the right mix of ingredients. Just a few tweaks of maida to Rajgira and Khapli, Sugar to jaggery, and natural sweeteners made snacking manifold healthier. A simple twist of baking cookies with Oats & Nachini or bread using Rajgira is what curated the idea of taking her healthful snacking ideology to a bigger crowd and introducing us to The Spoken Spoon.
