I’m Mansi Sharma, an online entrepreneur running my fashion business for the past 4 years. I've always dreamt of winning the Women Entrepreneur Award — so people could say, “Look at her, she did it!” The Spotlight was born from a simple but powerful thought: new startups need fresh faces, and fresh faces need brands — but no one’s connecting them. Why not us? Through my business, I aim to bridge this gap, support both men and women equally, and create a space where every dream gets its chance to shine.
