Job-IQ Connect, is a Professional Contacts Directory that provides online matching of students with working professionals from within their college, organization, and community (e.g., alumni, trustees, community and friends.) Since most people find jobs through a personal network, the Directory enables student relationships with professionals as they navigate the path from education to employment. Job-IQ Career-Outside-the-Box is a unique curriculum that guides mid-career and 50+ job seekers to assess their current work, research alternatives, and make decisions about next steps for career re-invention.
