The Strategy Unit was established in 2006, as a small specialist team within a Strategic Health Authority. Today, we’re an autonomous consultancy business, with a team of 30 and an annual turnover in excess of £3 million. We recognise that our clients are often time poor, and under increasing pressure to deliver results more quickly. With this in mind, we offer a ‘real world’ balance of rigour and practical relevance.’
