When Joe Pearson first started The Strength Feed, he looked to find coaches with the same passion and drive to succeed, which is why the gym has blossomed into what you see today. Now at our new location at 501 Pershing Road off Whitaker Mill, The Strength Feed family is only growing by the day.
Our mission here at The Strength Feed (TSF) is to build the most well-rounded athletes possible. We look to create a strong foundation of injury resilience through building an extensive motor learning exercise library. Basically, we are ensuring your body is performing at peak capabilities in all aspects of life.
At TSF, we are always thinking in terms of long-term athletic development. It is our bread and butter. This comes from our confidence and knowledge in the high-performance weight room that we have at our disposal. Through education and extended time in the industry, we have gained a great understanding of creating the best possible programming for each athlete depending on their goals.
This holds true with our adult population as well. Even if you feel that you are past your athletic prime, our coaches work to practice all the habits above with you as well. We also work to fight the natural aging process as best we can all while increasing the quality of life as well as your body goes through its natural aging process.
If we can promise one thing, it is that when you walk out of the Strength Feed it will be with a good burn and a big smile.
