When Color Your World was sold in 1984, the Strongman family retained their real estate holdings and began managing the real estate assets. The real estate portfolio has evolved and grown since then. As a long-standing family business with its history rooted in retail, Strongman Group continues to pride itself on its relationships with tenants. Today, The Strongman Group owns and manages over $200 million of commercial real estate assets throughout Western Canada and Ontario. The Strongman Group has several real estate investment companies under management. Total assets are approximately 700,000 square feet with over 50 properties and over 130 tenants across Canada.
