THE STUDIO is a training facility and movement space in the heart of Montreal, Canada. Created by Val Desjardins, this studio is based on the 4 pillars of wellness: MOVEMENT, RECOVERY, MINDSET AND NUTRITION. This space was born from a shift in the wellness industry. A shift towards self-care, inclusivity and towards dedicated trainers with their clients at top of mind. We set out to build a community of people that were dedicated to each other and to showing up for themselves. We wanted to create a space where all would feel welcome, understood and supported in their process.
