The Sun Bus is a 40 ft mobile skin screening clinic that operates in 11 states to provide free skin screening and public education on sun safety and skin wellness. The Sun Bus is equipped with 2 exam rooms that allow convenient and accessible skin checks with the help of local dermatologists. The Sun Bus is also equipped with sophisticated cameras to provide live educational demonstrations of how the sun damages skin and how sunscreen protects us from the dangerous rays of ultraviolet light. The Sun Bus visits schools, workplaces, fairs and festivals. The personalized free education on sun safety, skin cancer and wellness are provided to all who visit The Sun Bus regardless of their socioeconomic and insurance status. We partner with departments of health and other community organizations to deliver our services.
