Paris' first Fish and Chip shop, opened in July 2013, with the intention to set up an authentic Fish and Chip shop, but with recipes and ingredients worthy of a quality Parisian restaurant.
The Sunken Chip won the Best Fast Food prize ("Meilleur Lèche Doigts") from Le Fooding within its first 4 months of opening.
In July 2014, The Sunken Chip launched its Food Truck with which we have been invited to take part in all of Paris' major Festival and events.
