With our team of campus ambassadors and contributors, we investigate the wellness scene—reviewing boutique fitness studios, local eateries and juice bars, and other healthy hot spots. We provide tips on how to navigate the school gym and find nutritious meal options both on and off campus. We know how easy it is for health and wellness to get lost in the equation of a busy semester, but our goal is to make staying healthy feel effortless.
