We offer group lessons, personal training and lifestyle coaching for women in a monumental building with high ceilings and natural light. Our founder Mazarine Henninger started The Sweatbox in Milan, where she trained models for their careers, using the concept 'train like a model'. Since then, we have grown into a holistic gym and studio for women, focusing on body, mind and soul. The Sweatbox instructors have a background in personal training, pregnancy guidance, hormone balance, nutrition, yoga philosophy and a holistic lifestyle. Every group class offers varied movements and covers areas ranging from strength, cardio and toning to mindfulness, deep stretching and breathwork.
