The Synergi Project

We deliver mindfulness-based experiences to students in pop-up spaces at university campuses. We transform meditation in two synergistic ways. Firstly, we combine the most powerful elements and techniques found in traditional mindfulness practices to create a unique sequence centred around empowerment. Next, we infuse our guided mindfulness sequence with music produced and mixed by Canadian artists. By blending these two innovative dimensions, our team delivers a personal mindfulness practice that truly empowers students.
