Our extensive multidisciplinary team provides a range of tailor-made interventions to our service users and residents which are based on our Positive Behaviour Support approach.
The Talbot Group has many years experience in providing residential and day services for adults with an intellectual disability, autism, acquired brain injury and who also may have other complex needs including mental health difficulties. The service we provide is Person Centred with a commitment to enable our residents and service users to live as independently as possible.
We place great emphasis on developing the skills of residents and ensuring that they have an array of opportunities for socialising, skills development further, education and we support our residents to integrate and participate in the communities they are living in.
As well as Day Services, we also provide residential respite services for adults 18 years and upwards. We understand how important respite breaks are for both families and service users.
At the Talbot Group we care about our service users and value our staff. We ensure our staff are trained to the highest standard so that we can achieve the best outcome for our service users and residents.
